Advantages: long lasting, great too play sport in

Disadvantages: quite high price at the time i bought them

Two years ago i bought a pair of puma king astroturf trainers as i had started playing football a couple of times a week down at the local astro pitch.

i needed a pair of decent trainers that would last for a while and give me complete control on where i was going, when i had been playing on the astroturf pitch before i found that it was quite slippy and if i tried too sprint i would usually slip and loose the ball.

so i set on a trip too find the perfect pair of astroturf trainers. i went to milton keynes where there are many sports shops where i should be able too find a good pair of trainers decently priced.

i tried a few shops and they had no atsroturf trainers which was very dissapointing but then luckily i met an old friend who told me that he bought a pair from a certain shop not too long ago. so we set off too the shop only too find they had no trainers in my size.

what is the point in having all these sports shops and having no trainers or trainers in sizes that are needed. anyway when i got home i had a look through a couple of catalogues and found two pairs of trainers one were the puma kings that i wanted and i thought i might aswell get another pair to see which ones i preffered. three weeks later they turned up the other pair were adidas sambas which in the end i didnt buy as i thought the puma trainers would be the best overall even though they cost forty five pounds.

two years later i have grown out of the trainers and they have held up extremely well with minimal wear on the soles and minimal scuffing. as these had got too small for me i decided to go and buy the other pair that i sent back to the catalogue the first time the adidas sambas i found them in a shop and they were very cheap at only twenty pounds.

these were also a very good long lasting pair of trainers. overall the sambas one it for me as they were cheap and lasted a long time but the pumas should now be cheaper and if they we
re at the time they would have been overall winners as they were more long lasting.

i think i will look for the pumas when i need my next pair of astroturf trainers.
