Advantages: Cheap compared to other brands such as Red Chilli

Disadvantages: None really

Wow I never thought I would find myself saying that about a pair of shoes. But then again these are climbing shoes, and they are fantastic. These are my current pair of climbing shoes and have lasted me over a year now. They are just so durable, especially with the abuse I have given them, you simply can't fault them.

They come in a blue colour. The upper section of the shoe being constructed of suede that has been dyed. The sole is made of 5mm Megabyte material, this is a type of highly durable rubber. There are also 2mm sections of Texon mid-sole of the shoe for extra foot 'planting' which trying to secure yourself as well as synthetic anti stretch bars so that the shoe does not stretch over time and lose its shape.

The shoes it's self has bee constructed with comfort and a nice tight secure fit in mind. This is very important in a climbing shoe as it improves performance. The shoe does very well in all round use but particularly excels on rather technical climbs (which I can account to, having done climbs that were F6b+ (sport grade).

I love these climbing shoes and I can safely say that they are the perfect choice for a novice climber as I was, I could see a noticeable difference in my foot work when I first used these. They are fantastic as an entry level climbing shoe or even for a more experienced climber who simply wants a good durable pair of climbing shoes for general climbing use.

You can get a pair for around £45 from Tiso's.

Summary: These shoes really improved my climbing technique
