I should point out that these were purchased via Amazon for the princely sum of £2.99 purely for use as part of a fancy dress costume on an 80s theme. There are a couple of reasons why I personally would not use these in a real exercise scenario (and in any event I actually do own some proper Lonsdale sweat bands which are far less garish!). Having been going to the gym a lot lately I have been buying a few luxuries and added extras to make my workouts more enjoyable. I bought this Neon Pink Retro 80's Head and Wrist Sweatband set on a bit of a whim for making life a little easier during my workouts.
