I live within 10 miles of the factory, so their goods are distributed to many shops locally, and I ve always been pleased with their products, though perhaps their Quickpitch SS has to be my best buy from there shop in Porthmadog! General Fitness Tips ... Internet is for fat people" The words of a friend. Now before you rip into him you to take into consideration that he is in fact an idiot. So with his stupidity ringing in my ears I decided to write this up. It is essentially a no nonsense guide to weight loss and general fitness. I could be all scientific and start quoting facts, percentages and all this other heebeejeebee to make myself sound like I know what I m talking about but I wont, for two main reasons. Argos 2 Person Dome Tent ... five year old daughter had been crazing me to camp outside in the garden since watching Peppa Pig doing it, so I finally gave in and agreed to do it. Now, I m not a big fan of camping as I like my home comforts too much so I didn t want to spend too much on a tent, since I knew that it probably wasn t going to get much use. I figured Argos would be the best place to get a cheap one so off we trundled to my nearest Argos (luckily only a 2 minute drive!) Anyway I was pleasantly surprised to find this 2 person dome tent at the great price of £12.99 - just what we needed. It comes in small bag and is very lightweight and easy to carry. David Lloyd (Cardiff) ... David Lloyd in Cardiff seemed like the perfect option for a parent with a young family. The smart and "family friendly" gym was however no where near the picture painted by the sales team. I believe there is parent and child parking, but have never managed to park there. The changing area was spacious and had lots of useful things such as a spinner to dry swimwear, hairdryers ect but the showers cubicles are not well designed for parents with young children as they are a bit narrow.
