Running ... is the only form of exercise I really enjoy and that I ve managed to stick in my 30 years on the planet, it s fantastic for weight loss, gets your heart pumping and apparantly is a good way to deal with stress or depression. I simply love the fact that I ve managed to improve so much so quickly and will soon be entering my first 5km race. The most important thing with running as with any exercise is to start gently and take things slowly to avoid injury, theres nothing worse than getting too carried away and ending up with shin splints or being put off from trying again. Table Tennis - General ... have played table tennis at national level,I have represented my state several times and I have won numerous district and state titles,I use to train 6 hours everyday, 2 hours in the morning and 4 hours in the evening,in the morning I use to do my physical training and in the evening i use to practice my game,but after four years I left it,the reason being there were not enough good players in my club and the coach use to rarely teach us,I was all upon myself,I even bought myself an automatic ball thrower from the US but it didn t help a lot as well because there is a major difference between practicing with a player and practicing with a robot,there is difference betwe... Running ... have just been for a run! My first one for about a year! I regularly attend aerobics classes at my uni gym, but running is totally different as I realised today. If you are looking to get fit on a budget then go running. Its free! Apart from some decent trainers, I got mine in TKMaxx. They are nikes and cost me £30. A gym membership in a private gym can cost £50 a month, running is totally free and you get some fresh air as well. No scary changing rooms either as you get ready at home. Running is great for loosing weight, as it burns a lot of calories. Its also a high impact sport so make sure you have good trainers, and leave it a day between runs to let your body r...
