Adidas Tour Traxion Golf Shoe ... wasn t over enamoured! The runner-up spot in a team competition last summer at my golf club won me a new pair of golf shoes. Problem was, they weren t the Footjoy brand that I normally wear and which have served me well down through the years, but a pair of white Adidas shoes with black stripes which for all the world looked like a pair of my teenage daughter s trainers. I was even less enamoured when I discovered that they hadn t been purchased in the club professional s shop, which meant I couldn t exchange them for something else. Adidas Copa Mundial ... got my first pair of Adidas Copa Mundials about 6 years ago and i ve never worn another boot since. They are great for playing during the summer when the ground is a little too firm to take a metal stud, but i also love using them whilst playing 5 or 7 a side on astro-turf or plastic grass. They are light enough to not slow you down and don t feel chunky as some other boots do. The leather is top notch and if you look after them they will easily last a full season, if not longer. These boots have been available for decades but the simple look is still pleasing on the eye and i would prefer the time-less look of the copa mundial over the ever changing look of the pre... Adidas Predator Mania ... are the best boots ever made. i wore them for 4years straight while playing professional and amateur rugby. i would pay £1000 if someone could reproduce a pair for me... they were just as good in the soft ground blade as they were in the firm ground blade. if some one has a pair they should keep them in tip top condition, cleaning them after every use and never letting the leather dry out. constant use of dubbin is needed to keep these boots of all time in their prime!
