Advantages: They look and feel good

Disadvantages: The plastic comes away, they cost £120, only last for one season

I love the look of Predator football boots and I think they're extremely comfortable and as I've owned three pairs then I think I'm a good judge but theres one thing that Preators don't do.....LAST!

Every time I've looked after them reasonably well but come the end of the season I notice that they've split around the base of the boot. The plastic seems to come away slightly and therefore makes it harder to run normally. Its alright for David Beckham because he gets a new pair every week but I just can't afford to buy a pair of boots every season let alone every week, especially if you're forking out £120 each time.

I've written off to Adidas themselves telling them of the problems that I and I'm sure many others have faced but to no reply. I'm not looking for handouts or a free pair of boots or anything, I just want the problem to be fixed and to get at least 2 season's monies worth out of £120.
