I feel so sorry for you. Well, I’m not looking at anyone else, am I? Yes, you! Sitting there like lethargy personified, motionless except for the swivelling of your eyeballs and the occasional twitch of the hand attached to your mouse. Wasn’t it you who once caused such a hoohah about having to move your wrist two centimetres backwards and forwards, that Microsoft eventually caved in and invented the contextual menu? Well, even if it wasn’t, I’m not letting you off. You’re still guilty of being lazy, and I’m about to seize the opportunity to be as condescendingly virtuous as I possibly can. Don’t move (not that you’d want ... Read the complete review

...well sort of!!! I have recently taken to exercising to get rid of the winter padding and get into shape for my summer holidays. I have lost an easy 1/2 stone in a few weeks with no major diet changes. More than that my wobbly bits are getting firmer and I look way slimmer. I exercise 5 times a week for 30 minutes and it costs me nothing but time. How's that then? Well I discovered a programme called Aerobics Oz style which is shown on Sky Sports 2 every morning at 7am. As I already subscribe to Sky this is where it is free!!! Aerobics Oz Style is an Australian programme which delivers a 30 minute aerobic programme every day. Dead ... Read the complete review

Jody's aerobics sessions have to be seen to be believed. Jody is a 30 stone fitness instructor who goes by the saying, fit and fat, fat being the keyword here. How Jody manages it defies belief, you've not lived until you've seen Jody move it and shake it in front of his aerobics class, it truly is a wondrous sight to behold. Jody's size apart, his classes are professional, fun and boast a good range of up to the minute music. I can honestly say that Jody's aerobics classes are the best that I have ever been to. This man is verging on celebrity stardom with appearances on Trisha and German TV and is lining himself up to be the next Mr ... Read the complete review

Ok, so you’ve put a few pounds on this festive period, well who can resist all the food, the drink at the Christmas parties. Well worry not because you can lose it within a few weeks without moving from the comfort of your own home. No need to go for a jog at 6 in the morning or have cabbage soup for the next few weeks. All you have to do is some step aerobics. It’s so simple for twenty minutes a day you’ll lose your pounds so easily. All you have to is pick a couple of songs you like, something dance and something with a beat, so you can move up and down to. That will be your music. Put the cassette/CD in the player. Now you ... When my daughter was 6 months old I started to go to aerobics classes. At first I found them very difficult and couldn't keep up. I felt like a frump, and it took at least a month or so to get into it. Most people would have given up after a few classes, but I perservered as I really wanted to lose weight and get back into shape after having my baby. Combined with healthy eating I have lost nearly a stone in weight and trimmed back down to a size 10. I was never huge, but felt fat. I now feel so much better and have a lot more energy than before. I think aerobics is great for fat burning and certain toning, but I think you need to use ... Read the complete review
