Advantages: Cheaper than paintball, less messy, less likely to cause injuries

Disadvantages: May be put off by the realism of the guns

Airsoft skirmishing is a revolutionary new sport that offers all the adrenaline of paintball, with the fun of militairy simulation.
Now for the rules, the basis of the game is to hit the players with pellets, fired from 1:1 scale model guns , and for them to declare themselves out when hit and to eradicate the whole team. Airsoft is an ideal team building exercise as it teaches group working, awarness and what to do if caught in a firefight ( not really an exercise but just in case, eh?).
Lots of people compare this game to paintball however it is very different. The guns used in airsoft are far more realistic but much less powerful. Airsoft also may cost slightly more initially to start but once youre going it is much cheaper than paintball (depending on how big you want your arsenal to be)

Summary: A wonderful sport and a wonderful chance to teach youngsters some resposibility
