This trike costs £24.99 and is very sturdy and fairly easy for little ones to get on, my son was about 18 months before he could actually cock his leg enough to get on. He was able to reach the pedals, but as yet (he is now 2) is unable to pedal the bike. The wheels are quite thick, thus ensuring the bike wont tip over with him on it, and there is a brake that does actually stop the bike. The great thing about this trike is the parent pole, it is quite easy to steer the trike, whilst an irresponsible toddler is at the helm, and now takes the place of pushchair when out walking. Sorry about the title, but that's all its called in the Argos catalogue, and it didn't say much on the packaging either! An excellent first trike, this was a present for my son on his 2nd birthday. It says on the box that it's suitable from age 18months to 4 years but personally I think it could be a bit of a squash for a 4 year old. It also has a 'parent pole' which is useful if your child can't yet pedal. My son loves the 'tipper' part at the back in particular, but has not got the hang of pedalling just yet. It also has a security feature on it which prevents the child from 'over turning'. It is a very bright and ... Read the complete review
