Advantages: increase flexibility Disadvantages: spend time on it
As I am an University Student, most of my time are seated in front of stupid electronic screen and doing fingers exercises. After certain period of time, my neck and shoulders become so stiff that I can't even stretch my body entirely. Therefore, I strong recommend to all of you that do YOGA regularly. Maybe you don't even know how to start initially, just try to learn it ! As what I know, Sudgen Sport center do provide such training course with supplmentary payment. Obviously, you expect one can be trainned as flexible as the 70-year-olds I've seen who lie on the floor and bring their toes to their nose ! Summary: |
