... Cup in 1966, the other side is dark blue, it's supposed to look like a train top. No matter which side you wear the shirt the Umbro sign and the Three Lions badge is on show. The material is the "New technology" cotton. It's supposed to absorb your sweat and the sweat evaporates from the shirt. I haven't been able to put the shirt to that test yet. Nike Geo Merlin ... wouldnt want to play with it again. Design. The design of this ball is great, It has the official premier league logo on it, And a bold brand name on it. Its soft and very light and they are the balls that I like to play with. Which one to buy? There are two kinds of this football, the one that you see is normally the cheaper design which is around £15. The dearer design is the one that premier league football teams use. You can tell if it is the better one as it has five dots like this on it. * * * * * My personal choice. Adidas Predator ... boots and then I had blue pair. With the blue pair of boots I had my name and initials sown on. I think doing that is great as the boots would stand out from the rest and that is gooood. The kangaroo leather is extremely soft and they are the most comfortable pair of boots I have ever had. They must be quite good boots as you see the likes of Beckham, Zidane and of course me wearing them (ha ha). I found that the fins on the top of the boot did what they are meant to do, 'The ball swerved everywhere'. I would recomend this boot to anyone who play quite alot of football as they last along time. They are a bit pricy but overall they are worth it. ... Other in general ... bottom grip - although with the advent of oval handles two and a half is becoming less frequent. Position of sweet spot: Here you have another three choices. Normally the sweet spot of the bat is between 4 inches and 12 inches from the toe of the bat, an there are two alternatives to a normal sweet spot bat, namely one with a low sweet spot (3"-11" from the toe) or a high sweet spot (5"-13" from the toe) If you consistently play on tracks where the ball gets up then a higher sweet spot is probably going to suit you more.
