Advantages: sorry I tried and tried but could not think of one

I have been a member for 5 years and despite many ups and downs I have been happy until Bannatyne took over. There is hardly ever an instructor in the gym they seem to spend all their time on reception chating. Their customer service is terrible, they never return a call, reply to a fax or letter. The MD takes 4-6 weeks to look at a letter sent to him, if I was his boss I would sack him, I am told he is too busy, well a good MD should delegate his work. Many of the members are not happy but in some ways it is better the devil you know. There are some good staff but they never last long, I always joke with one of the staff that he is the longest serving employee at 12 months, the last manager lasted under a month nearly as long as the average member.

Summary: It's summer go for some fresh air
