Although I've had it for 3 years it is still like the day I bought it. If you are seriously considering buying a hoop, I suggest a Huffy Sports hoop, They're tuff, durable and easy to construct.

About 3 years ago, I bought Huffy Sports Basketball hoop, with a base and a pole. I chose this one because you can hcange the height from 10ft down to 7ft for the smaller players.
