Advantages: Fun to play
Disadvantages: Takes up alot of time, Hard to master
Basketball is a fast, fun game that has 4 quarters to it.The most famous basketball stars are Kobe Bryant and Shaq O Neal. Both in which are playing for the L.A Lakers. This great sport is showed on many t.v stations for example T.N.T, ITV2, NBC and many more. Some people say it is the sport of the Gods. Some may be right.Basketball is a game which needs team effort and Co-operation. It also involves skill, stamina and fitness.Without these essentials you won't be in the N.B.A! Also a few songs have been realesed about basketball (Master P-Basketball & Kurtis Blow-Basketball) If you are interested in joining the N.B.A you should ask your school coach or trainer or if you can get in touch with an N.B.A star thats great too. The most famous person to ever play basketball would have to be Michael Jordan who originally played for the Chicago Bulls. There have been rumors saying that Jordan will return as a Washington Wizards player but I dont think that this will happen. If your wanting to take up basketball it is quite expensive to buy the net and the ball so i suggest you get a bit of money first. If your thinking about taking this sport up, give it your best shot.

shorty_69 - 16.08.01 Good opinion. If you have the information, maybe you could advise people how and who to contact if you are intersted in learning the basics and progressing from there onwards. I know that friend, who used to live in the states, felt that getting advice from local teams and members was extremely helpful and was invited to watch some of their warm-ups and friendlies. Now you can instantly see where he picked up the amazing talent he has today. He is very skilled and a very motivated person and i think that being motivated, determined and the aspects which you mentioned in the opinion are the only way forward if you really want to succeed in this sport. I would advise, if feesable, those interested, to enquire at their local clubs for advice and information.
Gre at opinion again Freshprince
All the best
