Just wanted to make a general comment on Beny Sports - we bought a magnetic elliptical trainer on line almost 2 years ago. After constant and heavy use by my son (and some occasional use by the rest of the family) a weld on rear crank went. Beny are replacing the entire machine as it is just in warranty despite the fact that we could not remember from which site we purchased. The point I wish to make is that the whole process has been very easy and conducted by e mail with next day response from Beny - excellent customer service ... Read the complete review

I’m overweight and very self-conscious about my size, but I do want to do something about it.
