The story behind this opinion goes back a couple of years, to the days of my year out before university. I was always a slim boy in my teens, but a sudden change of lifestyle changed things dramatically. Quite a healthy income arose from a job working with computers which involved rather a lot of sitting down, drinking coffee and eating cakes.
