I bought one of these a few weeks ago out of my catalogue. It originally cost £79, but was in the sale book for £49. Now I watch the Shop channel on Sky 634 and these excercise equipment are always on. However priced at £129.99, I felt this was out of my range, so I went for this type. This piece of equipment comes flat packed in a rectangular box, which is pretty heavy. The instructions are clear to read and the thing can be fully set up in about 10 minutes. I was lucky enough to have my fiance, Alex, to set this up, but i am sure I could have done it myself. I was lucky(?) enough to be given to be given one of these Body Style Air Walkers for Christmas this year. Well firstly it has to be said that it comes in a flat pack box and you have assembling to do, it is bulky and you really need two people to assemble it sucesfully, one to hold the pieces together and one to use the spanners (everything you need is included in pack). There is a main outer body and footplates which have to be attached to the long poles that go from bottom to top that your hands hold on to.
