Advantages: Has steam, spa and well equiped gym

Disadvantages: allows kids in pool very often and more expencive than other health centres

Cannons has recently changed its name to Nuffield Health and it actually has improved the place.
One of the favourite improvements is that you now get a towel to use instead of having to take you own which may now seem like much but it really does make a massive difference to how much washing I now need to do at home.
The place is always clean and the staff are friendly and helpful.
Since becoming Nuffield they also improved the steam room which is really very pleasant, on the downside when I was in there last week the steam room had no steam in it. This is not usually the case and I should imagine it will be working again when I go today.
A couple of thing that annoy me about the health centre is that they allow kids in the swimming pool and also quite often take up the pool with swimming lessons leaving just 1 lane for swimming which is not really good enough. Also the spa is not very hot.
Overall I do like Nuffield and it measures up to all other Health centres in the area. Saying that I do get a cheep deal there and if I didn't get that I would probably use JJB gym which is easily as good but for less money.
