Cycling Clothing

I only started cycling 2 years ago. A couple of friends of mine at work used to go Mountain Biking around London during the weekend, and they invited me to go along. I had not cycled for more than 15 years and the first time I was dead. However, I was also happy, and decided to go back. Although I have always enjoyed cycling, I never saw it as a sport until 4 years ago when I began dating a guy who is a keen cyclist. He loved and loves cycling so much, that I became quite intrigued. When he offered me to go cycling together on a racing bike he had found for me, I was a bit wary. Cycling is a very good exercise, unless taken to its extreme level. I have been cycling all my life, but since when I came to UK, I have had less opportunities to do so. I have mainly cycled on the road, but I also have a mountain bike, which I use in Epping Forest, in Essex. I also took the train and went to cycle in Richmond park, it is very nice there in summer. I think that the government is not doing enough to incentivte cycling. For example, it would be good to have some places where we can take showers when we go to work.
