I have just read 'Cyclecraft' by John Franklin (ISBN 0-11-70205 1-6), and I must say that this is a must-read for anybody who rides a bicycle or drives on roads where they are riden.

The books provides advice and techniques for safe and enjoyable cycling on the roads. Preferring to see cyclists as proper vehicles in the traffic John Franklins views can sometimes seem controversial.

This book is published by the Stationery Office and in my opinion should be mandatory reading for anyone learning to drive.
