Having never been near a gym in my life, last month I decided it was about time. I had a look round a couple of places near me and decided on David Lloyd (mainly because of the offer for my Company!) I have to say I'm more than pleasantly surprised. I was welcomed, but not made to feel "new" or "unfit" or "out of place".
