Hi there!

Read this before you join the Kensington (Point West) club:

They charge £86 a month plus Joining fee which is £200!!!No shorter than 1 year membership!
No free or even one day trial! You should be a member to use the gym.

Small prints: You should give 3 months notice for cancellation from the first of the following month you give the notice!!!

If you decide to do any thing about your membership like transferring to other clubs it takes ages to be sorted out. You can never find any body at membership department and have to leave lots of messages at reception or on phone and nobody gets back to you! Obviously there is just ONE person (A CHUBBY and unfriendly girl!) working at membership department!

They send you a swipe card almost 1 month after you join their club. That's a headache! Why? Most of the time the card doesn't work and doesn't open the gate, so you should give all your details to the receptionist for a security check! they may order a new card for you... but the same story repeats!
Their facilities are not like before. Sauna doesn't work most of the time!
Take your soap, shampoo, moisturiser and even cotton balls with you. You will find them rarely in changing rooms.

Advantage: They have recently painted the walls to a dark blue colour and that's the only improvement there!
