The equipment was state of the art, there was two swimming pools (one inside and one outside), the changing rooms were spotless and it was all very refreshing and motivating. I recently had my lightbulb moment regarding certain aspects of my life, one of which was my health. I am a typical 20 something brittish male who drinks too much, eats the wrong crap and who thinks exercise is lifting a fork to my mouth.
