After years of buying exercise equipment that usually end up in the cupboard in the spare room I have finally found a piece of equipment that I am pleased with. I bought the Delta Infinity Gravity Walker 2000 for £99.99 about a month ago after deliberating for ages. As I was not sure if is right for me compared to the other walkers and skiers around I asked a friend who is a fitness instructor for advise. He advised that as long as I use it regularly then the benefits would show. I now wouldn't be without it. The machine is dual and single action non-impact. I think I should probably qualify as a tester for almost every piece of exercise and fitness equipment on the market. I fall for it every time. It all started with the multi-gym....Oh I know, start small, build it up and all that, but I have never been able to do that. I was going to get fit in two weeks. Fool that I was, I ordered the gym and it arrived...in 16 boxes, none of which I could lift up three flights of stairs to my flat in London. I recently purchased the Delta Infinity gravity walker 2000 from Argos. It's basically a walking machine (obviously!), but it works your arms as well due to its got arm extensions. Each part of the machine can be loosened or tightened depending on how hard you want to work! It's very sturdy, and stable. Its very easy to use, and by using it for at least 45 minutes, making sure you are a little breathless, it is very easy to burn off lots of calories in very little time.
