Basically, they are on the end of two sets of swinging bars that you move back and forth with your legs. Very safe, very easy. Wow, I just bought an Infiniti air walker from delta, and I can't stop myself from getting on it!!!! It is just so easy to use and it doesn't even feel like exercise. I got a great bargain by buying it on the internet from bargain website, I saved myself £50 pounds because it was a Grade 1 catalogue return (I.e someone sent it back because it wasn't what they wanted!) It is in perfect condition, I think it only got so far as someone liftin the lid of the box and thinking, oh maybe not!
