Half a year ago I used to live in Peterborough. Peterborough is a brilliant place to go fishing as there are so many locations. There is the lock gates, the canal, the river nene, the white bridge and ferrymeadows. The best thing is that all these places are in a mile of each other. The lock gates I would often fish the lock gates as I know many people who have pulled out 20 pound pike, I myself was neither that lucky but I did often catch Eel, Roach up to 2 pounds, carp, and a lot of perch.
