... summer it gets really hot, they say they have installed inproved air con, but trust me it is like a green house! On the positive side, the guests of the gym are young, very friendly and there are no grunting body builders. However just recently I have noticed lots of polish builders have started to hang around in groups, which has changed the tone a bit. The gym layout is extremely well designed with great mood lighting and good facilities. The blue pool is gorgeous, but often has a scum of dead skin around the edge...more

I agree on some points with the previous reviewer. However the staff at Esporta have been and are more than helpful. The state of the showers and changing rooms have nothing to do with the gym staff I just think the cleaners are managed badly. i have had contact with most of the staff within the club and i have nothing bad to say about them at all.

They have just got in new equipment (treadclimbers and power plates) and are apparently getting in a new boxing arena. the only issue in the gym are the audio units which are mostly missing.

They have just got in a new manager and you can see that they are trying to improve things.

I actually reccommend joining.......

I have been going to Esporta Chiswick Park for about 5 years. The cost of being a member is £80 a month, a huge amount of money for the service you get. To get to the showers you have to walk through dirty pools of water and used towels are left littering the changing room benches. The staff are really smiley when dealing with potential new customers, but there is never anyone around to help with advice unless you pay about £400 for 10 sessions with a personal trainer.
