Fitness Incorporated is a small unassuming gym in Stirling, for women only. There ad says that they prefer T-shirts to Lycra which tells you something of their attitude.

What attracted me to fitness incorporated?

I had never seen myself going to a gym but I was tempted to get into shape last year. I have never been to a gym before, so I didn't want to commit myself to an annual membership. With fitness incorporated there was a 5 week introduction/ trial offer price that allows you to "taste & see" before you commit to a membership.

This allowed me to try it out and the staff to assess and show you how to use all the equipment.

You know I found out that I really enjoyed it! Having paid £29.99 for the 5 weeks, I decided looking into a membership. I think the full cost is £300 approx but what was better was that they did a student discount!!£25 per month.(This is valid for 6 months due to the nature of the academic year.

Euipment.
The gym is fitted out to a high standard,I am hopeless with types of machines but they include:
Healtheriders, Steppers, Exercise bikes, Rowing machines, Benches mats Abo- machines etc.

The Staff.
Friendly and helpful. They give you a interview on introduction to ask what your expectations are, why you are there (weigh loss etc.) and they are on hand to help or assist you in your objectives.

Fitness Inc. has something for everyone, if you are a athlete they can help you in what you need, if you are a novice that's fine too. Or perhaps you are older and just want to keep healthy & active.
Fitness Inc has something for everyone,I can not fault it!
