Asda Pink Dumbbell Set ... I ve been building up a small collection of fitness equipment to use with exercise DVDs/videos and my Wii fitness games. As well as a yoga mat and resistance band, I decided to get some dumbbells as I find arm workouts more enjoyable and easier to do in a shared house than intense cardio workouts. Asda have a very cheap range of fitness equipment along these lines, and browsing through the aisles, the bluegrey box with a pair of pink dumbbells pictured on the side instantly attracted me. Unfortunately I haven t seen them available in any other colours, but at just £7 (I think I might have picked mine up for £5, so keep an eye out) they re excellent value for mon... Pro-Fitness Jogger Trampette ... m not sure what to call this little trampoline - some people call it a mini trampoline, others a rebounder or a trampette. I m going with rebounder - sounds more professional. I got mine from Argos years ago. Every now and again I dust it off and have a wee go. Why have I not used it more often? Sheer and utter laziness. Not going to make the excuse that I don t have the time - it takes less than 10 minutes to get the benefits. Nope, I have no excuse, and am absolutely disgusted with myself. Golds Gym Exercise Wheel ... bought this from Amazon and I have to say, it was worth it. I didn t have a clue how to use it until I looked at some of the video tutorials on the web. It s very easy to use and has a number of different capabilities. The best thing about it is that, depending on how experienced you are, there are endless exercised that you can do to suit your own needs. I bought this to tone up my abs and in a matter of weeks, mabye even days, I could feel this difference. After a few months, they become noticable. I can t believe that people pay hundreds of pounds to tone their bodies when this works absolutely perfectly. It does make you ache a bit and can hurt if you overexercies ...
