The Skytiger is a quad line soft foil, for the unititiated that means that it has four lines which are used to control how the kite flys and where it goes and that it has no solid frame but is kept in fhape by the wind and its bridle lines. The 'Tiger' I own is an 18 which is quite small, I use it mainly in high wind conditions as it generates very little pull in light winds compared to my larger kites. It does move very quickly throught the sky and is easy to control so my kids can use it in light winds (NB Traction kiting can be dangerous so children should always be closely supervised until they have clocked up some hours flying time).
