Afternoon all or if your reading this later on then welcome to my next opinion. Im off for 2 weeks and the wife is just nagging all day for me to cut the garden or some other thing which i have no desire to do,anyway i said to my 15 year old daughter,"do you fancy going to the Driving Range",the golf sort not as in driving cars,ok. Anyway happy days,i have escaped from the wifes nagging voice and om driving to the driving range. On arriving i glance at the prices,its 75p for a club and £2.00 for 30 balls,£2.80 for 70 balls or £3.50 for 100 balls. I decide for the 70 balls,that gives me and the daughter a whack at 35 balls ...

I have owned my full set of Precept golf clubs for about 3 years and have got to the stage where I feel I know them inside out. They were excellent value for money, I managed to get the full set at a discounted cost of around $200 from a 'closing down sale' so that was one big plus in my opinion. The clubs are well made and of good specification having graphite shafts and the woods are metal. The shafts are not too 'whippy' which can be a problem with graphite, especially to new golfers but they do give slightly more distance than standard steel shafts. I hear many of my fellow golfers who talk about the new set of irons they have bought during the week and how the clubs have improved their game. But three to four weeks later they are going back to the original set since the beginners luck has run out and it is time to start using a set of clubs they are use to and have, for the past ten years been playing relitivly well with. I have a set of Ultimate irons which have an offset head which I have had for eight years. When my game started to go down hill the pro at the club suggested getting them regripped and see how I get on after that. For three months now there has been a continual improvement in my game even ...
