I hear many of my fellow golfers who talk about the new set of irons they have bought during the week and how the clubs have improved their game. But three to four weeks later they are going back to the original set since the beginners luck has run out and it is time to start using a set of clubs they are use to and have, for the past ten years been playing relitivly well with.

I have a set of Ultimate irons which have an offset head which I have had for eight years. When my game started to go down hill the pro at the club suggested getting them regripped and see how I get on after that. For three months now there has been a continual improvement in my game even though I still only play twice a week.

As a result of this advice I have seen a vast improvement in my game and change from £50 which would have been spent five times over if I had bought new clubs.
