Golds Gym Exercise Wheel

I bought this from Amazon and I have to say, it was worth it. I didn't have a clue how to use it until I looked at some of the video tutorials on the web. It's very easy to use and has a number of different capabilities. The best thing about it is that, depending on how experienced you are, there are endless exercised that you can do to suit your own needs. I bought this to tone up my abs and in a matter of weeks, mabye even days, I could feel this difference. After a few months, they become noticable.
