Advantages: Many exercises, light to carry, not too much space needed.

Disadvantages: Can become repetitive and boring after a while.

I bought this from Amazon and I have to say, it was worth it. I didn't have a clue how to use it until I looked at some of the video tutorials on the web. It's very easy to use and has a number of different capabilities. The best thing about it is that, depending on how experienced you are, there are endless exercised that you can do to suit your own needs.

I bought this to tone up my abs and in a matter of weeks, mabye even days, I could feel this difference. After a few months, they become noticable. I can't believe that people pay hundreds of pounds to tone their bodies when this works absolutely perfectly. It does make you ache a bit and can hurt if you overexercies with it but that's true of most gym equipement; no pain, no gain! It's not the best thing on the market for rigourous gym-goers but for the price it is, it is definately worth it.

Summary: A great tool for light exercising.
