The Croydon branch general manager is incredibly rude and condescending. He refuses to listen to any reasoning and feels that he has a god given right to do as he pleases. I have been a a long standing member of greens . I have now been banned for life from this club for apparent 'assosiation with an attempted theft' .

A guest of my family opened the fridge in the brasserie and took out a drink which he left unopened when he found out he couldn't take it. I did not even touch this drink and had no intention to take it. The manager then called me the next day to inform me that greens did not wish assosiate with people like me and banned me for life. He shouted at me down the phone and refused to even listen to me . He didn't didn't know who the hell I was , couldn't trust me and wasn't prepared to discuss the matter further. He did't buy my story despite the CCTV footage showing that we hadn't taken the drink .

After careful consideration he has now decided to ban my whole family after we dared to ask him to be rational and to at least hear our side of the story.

Do not enter into a contract with ths gym whilst this managment team are still there. For the amount you are paying to go this gym, the mangement should be trained properly.

Summary: Would be a great gym if they trained their staff properly
