I'd been meaning to join a gym for ages, really I had. But the guys at work were paying a whopping £80 per month at Cannons in central London, and that was on top of a joining fee - all a bit expensive, I concluded. Unsurprisingly, I put the gym on hold, but office discussions about treadmills and cycle machines got me feeling a little left out...and that was when I remembered that there was another gym right on my doorstep. The Third Space gym is situated in Sherwood Street, approximately one minutes walk from Piccadilly Circus Tube Station. It's easy to get to either on the tube, via the Piccadilly Line, or using local bus routes. I've been attending this gym regularly since the middle of last year. I have decided to attempt to overcome one of my life's biggest obstacles. I have decided to confront a phobia of mine. Unfortunately the lovely Davina McCall has got absolutely nothing to do with it. The Apple Athletic Club was a small gym, with very few facilities, and a smaller pool. The new improved Apple Athletic Club is AWESOME!!!!!!!! No really it is.
