Lets be honest – I’m sure I can’t be the only person to be a bit unhappy about their level of fitness, I know I’ve always been a bit overweight – and since I left University I’ve stopped going swimming and to the gym every week like I used to. So, that coupled with the fact that I’m stuck in front of a PC all day has taken it’s toll on me, I mean, when little old ladies manage to beat you to the bar when last orders are being called – you know you’re in trouble.
