loved it, as a woman made me feel a bit safer - Advantages: keeps you very fit, teaches some self defence, helps release built up anger - Disadvantages: used to a bit bruised, must keep it up

I must warn you that after my first kick boxing class, I literally went home to bed. My whole body ached, it does get much easier though.
