Advantages: Marzochhi drop off forks, reliable brand, built solidly

Disadvantages: Expensive- but worth it

I first rode a Kona on a mountain bike holiday- the difference compared to my £90 bike was enormous. So i saved up and bought a Kona Stinky. Firstly these bikes are at the high spec, top end of the market so be prepared to pay alot. I won`t bore you with the details on the spec of the bike as if your looking at buying one of these your already a keen mountain biker.

I used my Stinky for cycling to work, and trail blazing at the weekends. It is good and sturdy, the gear changing is so smooth and effortless. I bought my bike from my local Kona dealer- you get much better customer service.

Like anything you get what you pay for. I would recommend Kona bikes to anyone, but a little tip is to save that little bit extra and buy the best bike your money can buy- you won`t regret it.

Summary: Worth every penny
