I have been a member of Cannons gym and LA Fitness in St. Pauls and most recently in Bromley, Kent. Where as Cannons is very expensive in both enrolment fees and monthly direct debits I would highly recommend both the already fit and the people just starting out on a fitness program to LA Fitness.There is usually no enrolment fee and monthly payments are only £39 for a single (£68 for a couples membership). Contracts are locked in for a year but as long as you are committed to getting fit this shouldn't be a problem.
