Advantages: bi-directonal movement, comes with DVD's and extras

Disadvantages: can be pricey, not as compact as it seems, quite heavy

I saw this product adverstised on television and decided to buy one just over a year ago. It was then advertised for almost £100 but I got one on an ebay aucton for about £20. It doesn't do miracles but if you use it regularly you will see some results. After using the LTT for an hour, I can usually feel the ache muscles in my hips and waist.

However, for this same reason I wouldn't recommend this product for anyone who has hip or knee problems as the bi-directional movement can wreak on havoc especially in the early days when you are just getting used to the movement.

After a couple of days of dissuse the hydraulics seem to stick and requires you to stand on one pedal and use quite some force to get the hydraulics working again. It is also not the most compact as it can only fit under a high bed and it's adviced that you don't rest anything on it as it would damage the hydraulics. Overall, it is recommended.

Summary: Worth the price if you can find it cheaper
