This particular model was advertised as having a side to side motion, which would exercise parts of the legs a normal stepper would not reach, bringing into action the oblique's (side abdominal muscles). Creates a movement similar to a skating motion. As with all advertisements, the adverts gave the impression that this machine would ... Read the complete review

I saw this product adverstised on television and decided to buy one just over a year ago. It was then advertised for almost £100 but I got one on an ebay aucton for about £20. It doesn't do miracles but if you use it regularly you will see some results. After using the LTT for an hour, I can usually feel the ache muscles in my hips and waist. ... Read the complete review

The idea is this will tone the outside of the thigh, it will, and create a slight twist to hit the abdominal ... Read the complete review

I happened to come across a T.V advert advertisting what seemed to be another very expensive, yet interesting peice of excercise equipment. So as usual in amazement I sat and watched the advert. It was for the Lateral Thigh Trainer. After having two children, my body never returned to its old self again, so I have been loooking around ... Read the complete review

The lateral thigh trainer is a must for anyone who wants to see results fast. I bought mine from ebay last year for about £80, but a lot of websites are now selling this product for around £30. This item is heavily advertised on satellite tv and is a big seller. With your thigh trainer you get an instructional dvd, which features a ... Read the complete review
