If you’re looking for a good value treadmill, then this one is very reasonable at £84.99 (I purchased it from Argos). It's basic, but has all the components a treadmill needs! It’s non-motorised, so you power it yourself, and at first is quite hard to get used to. At first I found it easier to walk briskly on it than run, but as I get more used to it I find I can run on it now quite easily. It has a safety rail at the front for extra stablity, and a basic 'computer' which tells you speed, distance and time.
