For many years I have had my Lowe Alpine Contour Runner 30 strapped to my back - an ever trusted daily companion whatever the weather, whatever the activity. I was willing to put up with its minor failings - so what if I had to always have a rucksac liner to keep the water out on those unpredictable rainy days or always rummage around in the bottom of the sac for my wallet because it had no internal security pocket.
