I used this ankle support about five months ago when I injured my ankle while dancing and I was unable to work for about 4 weeks and I could not do a lot of physical exercise either. I already owned this support and had paid £12.99 for this support online as the comments seemed pretty positive at the time and ankle injuries can be an occupational habit, but not a nice one. Made from a combination of coolprene which allows the support to breath and coolmax which keeps my skin dry it is a very comfortable support to wear and my foot does not get all sweaty while wearing it.

It stretches comfortably into position and provides the necessary support with a cross over set of straps which are secured using velcro which makes them easy to adjust. Fitting is easy and once secure I felt really comfortable with the level of support that it provided. It has a soft inner which gives extra comfort especially if you are wearing it for a long time.

It is easy to wash in cold water and should be left to dry naturally, I found that there has been no loss of support or tightness after washing this item. It is so easy to keep clean that when I need to I will wear it in bed to provide extra support when I have initially hurt my ankle. There is enough flexibility in the support to allow some movement however it provides a great deal of rigid support as well.

This is a quality product and certainly one that I would have no problem in recommending, it fits my dainty ankle easily with no slippage and because it is adjustable it is supposed to be suitable for all foot sizes.
