Hopefully most of you will have read my review of ladies lacrosse… if not then why not (answers on a post card to Anne Robinson please!). Well, if you haven’t (yet) then I’ll tell you that I’m kind of a mega lacrosse supporter (and I even play a bit myself). Since joining the fantabulous Penarth LC in September I've been introduced into the splendid world of mixed lacrosse, ooh and gorsch what a simply super game it is! What is mixed lacrosse?
