He was Los Angeles Lakers Centre when they had many great battles during the 1980's with Boston Celtics. He is the highest scoring player of all-time with 38,387 points with an average of 24.6 points per game. He was one of the fittest players of his time and developed a signature shot called the ''Sky Hook'' He was drafted by Milwaukee Bucks in 1969 and was traded to LA in 1975.

Yes, the NBA season is upon us once more. It feels as if I have waited so long for it to return after thoroughly enjoying last seasons exciting victory for the Lakers. Since the playoffs, over the off-season there have been some interesting changes to some of the team's structures through the free-agent signings and sign-and trade deals.
