The 320 differs mainly from the 315 in A. being more expensive and B.having a navigational aid database for use at sea. I cannot say that I find the navaids much use, as I can barely see them on the small LCD (though its no smaller than other handheld GPS screens) screen, and find it becomes too cluttered to read the names anyway.
