Advantages: good exercise, fast, fun

Disadvantages: bitchy girls

After not playing Netball for about 10 years, i decided to get back into it at my local gym.
I can safely say, its just like riding a bike - you never forget.
For those of you who used to play at school or have never played- get into it- its fast, brilliant exercise, its also very social (what better than a load of girls together talking about men, willies and all of the other topics that us girls talk about!!)

If you want to give it a go, just find a club in your area and go along- thats what i did and i don't regret it one bit!!
